The filter element of the screw machine can prolong the service life of zhoushan screw machine. Below are the steps to clean the filter core of the screw machine:

(1) the two terminals that tap the filter core on a flat surface will remove most of the heavy and dry grey sand.

(2) blow the air in the direction of air in the opposite direction of air by the drying air machine which is less than 0.28 MPa. The nozzle is 25mm apart from the folding paper.

(3) if there is grease in the filter element of the screw machine, it should be cleaned 15min in the warm water with no foam detergent.
